How to Qualify
Support This Mission
We believe everyone deserves compassionate care—without delay and without shame. If you or a loved one is in need of non-medical in-home support, you may qualify for assistance through our program if any of the following apply:

✅ Current Care Needs
You or your loved one requires help with non-medical tasks like companionship, bathing, errands, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, or meal prep.

✅ Financial Hardship
You’re experiencing financial strain that makes it difficult to afford care on your own.
We offer both full and partial assistance based on your situation—eligibility is determined through a respectful and simple intake process.

✅ Limited Support System
You have little to no family help—or your caregiver needs a break (respite care).

✅ Location
You reside in Kanawha County or a nearby area.

We keep the process simple, private, and judgment-free.

Contact us!
Every day, we meet seniors doing their best to stay safe and independent — but going without the care they need. Golden Hearts United was created to step in where other programs fall short, providing in-home care for those who would otherwise go without.
